The registration fee includes costs of refreshment, gala dinner, conference kit and certificate for presenters. Hotel room and tour fees are arranged separately (not included in the registration fee). If you need to book your hotel room at special rate, please visit the venue page here.

 

Method of Payment:

We only accept the payment through the following method (no cash transaction on the conference day). Participants will pay via Virtual Account (VA) of Bank Mandiri in Indonesia. Each paper will get a unique VA for the payment. Please use the 16 digits VA number provided in the notification of approval.   Please note that the VA for international participants (VA 88601xxx…) can only accept payment in US dollar currency while the VA for domestic participants (VA 88551xxx…) can only accept payment in Rupiah currency. The beneficiary name of VA for the payment is the name of the first author of each submission.

For international participants, you may also need to use the Bank Mandiri additional information for the payment: PT Bank Mandiri (PERSERO) Tbk, Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav. 36-38, Jakarta 12190, Indonesia. Phone +62-21-52997777. Fax: +62-21-52997777. SWIFT code: BMRIIDJA. You should mention your Paper Submission ID, Full Name and Institution/University in your payment message.

Please make sure that the beneficiary name of VA for the payment is the name of the first author of each submission. Co-authors use the same VA  with the first author as the beneficiary.  For Indonesian participants you may follow the Bank Mandiri VA payment guide (via Mandiri ATM non-tunai, via Mandiri internet or via a form at bank teller). We regret currently we cannot accept payment by credit cards (Visa/Mastercard).

All participants need to upload the proof of payment in the on-line registration. Once paid, registration fees are non-refundable. Only registered participants are allowed to enter the conference. Bank Wire Transfer and other related fees have to be paid by the registrant (please instruct your bank during the Wire Transfer payment that all costs are charged to you). Failure to pay the required amount of conference fee and failure to complete the online registration will result in the exclusion of the paper(s) from the Conference Program Book. The organizing committee cannot be held liable by participants for any costs incurred in the case of failure during the Wire transfer.

Upon receiving your payment and filled on-line registration form, we will send you an invitation letter. We strongly recommend international participants to register early for visa purposes.
